About the Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway
As an aggregation of state-of-the-art technologies and know how, the Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway was referred to as the “Apollo project of civil engineering.” Crossing through the middle of Tokyo Bay, it is made up of approximately 10km of tunnel (Aqua Tunnel) and 5km of bridge (Aqua Bridge). At the middle of The Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway, there is the “Umihotaru (Sea Firefly) ,” a marine rest area surrounded by the waters of Tokyo Bay which attracts a large number of customers daily.

In order to deepen the knowledge of The Tokyo Wan Aqua- Line Expressway by more people, we offer tours that guide safety measures such as evacuation facilities in undersea tunnels that are not open to the general public.

Conditions for participation and reminders
Prospective tour guests must meet certain conditions for participation, such as being able to walk for at least 2 km and climb 120 stairs (the same as climbing to the 7th floor of a building) without assistance, and agree to reminders before making reservations.
